Santa Claus Paintings (santaclauspaintings.com) is operated by BRLM Holdings, LLC, doing business as Santa Claus Paintings. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and any purchases or enquiries you make. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and enquiries

Giclée canvas prints can be purchased directly on this site. Add the piece you want to your cart and complete checkout through our secure Shopify payment flow. Original oil paintings and commissioned portraits are sold directly by the artist and begin with an enquiry; we will confirm availability, pricing, and shipping before any payment is due.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and include complimentary standard shipping within the United States for artwork. The Cookies, Cocoa, and Coloring book ships for a small flat fee shown at checkout. Each painting is offered in one canvas size. Giclée prints on 1.5 inch stretched canvas are priced at $65 for 8" x 10", $120 for 11" x 14", $100 for 12" x 12", $125 for 16" x 20", $130 for 18" x 24", and $300 for 24" x 24". Expedited shipping, when requested, is charged at actual cost. Original paintings and commissions are priced individually and confirmed in writing.

Payment

Checkout is handled securely through Shopify. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available. We do not store credit card information on this website.

Shipping and delivery

We pack artwork carefully and ship insured. Giclée prints are produced and fulfilled in the United States by our professional print partner; after a 3 to 5 business day handling window, U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days via UPS or USPS Ground. International transit typically takes 7 to 21 business days after shipment, and customs processing can add delay. Original paintings ship from Texas, and their timelines are confirmed with each order. Complimentary U.S. shipping applies to artwork; the Cookies, Cocoa, and Coloring book ships for a small flat fee shown at checkout.

Returns and cancellations

Giclée canvas prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the print price, provided the canvas is in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging and the certificate of authenticity included. This 30 day window applies everywhere we ship, including the EU and EEA. Original oil paintings and commissioned works are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, email celia@santaclauspaintings.com with your order number and a photo of the canvas. We reply within 2 business days and provide a prepaid return label for U.S. orders. International returns are shipped at the customer's expense unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos so we can replace the print or arrange a refund.

Image and artwork rights

All artwork, images, and website content are the property of Celia Meadors and BRLM Holdings, LLC, doing business as Santa Claus Paintings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use images from this site without written permission.

Specifically, you may not download, copy, screenshot for redistribution, print, sell, reproduce on merchandise, publish, or otherwise commercially use any image of Celia Meadors' artwork. You may not use these images to train, fine tune, or prompt any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, and you may not create derivative works from them. Images on this site are displayed at reduced resolution and carry a visible artist mark; removing or obscuring that mark is also prohibited.

Licensing requests and reports of unauthorized use are welcome. Please reach us through the enquiry form on the home page and we will respond with next steps, including takedown requests where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
