Shipping
Every piece is packed with care. Giclée prints are shipped flat or in sturdy tubes depending on size. Original paintings are crated or boxed with protective padding and insured for their full value. We ship insured worldwide and provide tracking when available.
Returns
Giclée prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or are not as described. Original paintings and commissioned works are final sale. If your artwork arrives damaged, save the packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.

How long does shipping take?
Giclée prints usually ship within 3–5 business days. Original paintings and commissions are made to order or carefully prepared for shipment; timing is confirmed with each order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship artwork insured worldwide. International delivery times and any customs duties vary by destination.
What is a giclée print?
A giclée is a high-quality, archival inkjet print on fine art paper. Our giclées are made with pigment-based inks and acid-free paper so they last for generations without fading.
Are the prints signed?
Yes. Limited giclée prints are signed by the artist. Original paintings are always signed on the canvas.
Can I commission a custom Santa painting?
Absolutely. Use the enquiry form to share your vision, size, and timeline. Celia accepts a limited number of commissions each year.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please photograph the packaging and artwork right away and contact us within 7 days. We will replace damaged prints or arrange a refund.
Can I return a giclée print if I change my mind?
Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Original paintings and commissioned works are final sale.
