Complimentary U.S. shipping on artwork

Standard ground shipping is complimentary on every artwork order shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum order amount. Every giclée print is produced on 1.5 inch stretched fine art canvas, packed with care, and shipped insured with tracking.

Complimentary shipping applies to original paintings and giclée canvas prints. The Cookies, Cocoa, and Coloring book travels separately from our artwork and ships for a small flat fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Giclée prints are produced and fulfilled in the United States by our professional print partner and ship from the partner facility best suited to your delivery address. Original paintings ship from Texas after careful packing.

After a 3 to 5 business day handling window, U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days via UPS or USPS Ground.

International shipping

International orders ship for a flat rate of $35.00 per order worldwide. This covers insured shipping with tracking. International transit typically takes 7 to 21 business days after your order ships, and customs processing can add delay. Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Expedited shipping

Expedited 2-day and overnight service is available at actual carrier cost, quoted and approved before your order ships.

Original paintings and commissions

Original oil paintings and commissioned portraits are prepared individually. They are crated or boxed with protective padding and insured for their full value. Shipping timelines and any special handling are confirmed in writing before the work is sent.

Return policy

Giclée canvas prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the print price, provided the canvas is in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging and the certificate of authenticity included. This 30 day window applies everywhere we ship, including the EU and EEA. Original oil paintings and commissioned works are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at celia@santaclauspaintings.com with your order number and a photo of the canvas. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label for U.S. orders. International returns are shipped at the customer's expense unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, save all packaging and contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the box and the artwork. We will replace a damaged print or arrange a refund. If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
